IQ Inc. is looking for a Product Owner who enjoys motivating and inspiring others. This individual will work closely with architects, project managers, engineers, and development teams to determine the scope of a product and take it from customer requirements to implementation! In this role, you will develop, maintain, and prioritize user stories, be a catalyst for the vision of the product, and develop specifications and features that will take that product to the next level.
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who sees themselves as a leader and who is passionate about process improvement and pushing collaborative, cross-functional teams toward successful product releases in the most efficient manner possible.
Prior experience as systems engineer, product owner, business analyst or software engineer for large software products is desired as the following will be expectations in this role:
- Eliciting information from multiple sources and gathering/creating requirements or software for a solution that satisfies all inputs
- Decomposing customer and internal systems specifications into software requirement specifications or working software
- Acting as technical liaison with end-user clients during the development process
- Knowledge of requirement management systems, software configuration management tools, and MS Office suite
- Experience with technical documentation analysis and process improvement
**As a Product Owner you will be an ambassador for the product internally and externally. You will also serve as the primary technical contact for queries related to the product. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
